Where the present Policy refers to “SYMBOLIST”, it may refer to SYMBOLIST, or Archetype Studio LLC, or both. The Site is provided as a service to our customers. SITE TRANSACTIONS

We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason without explanation. You may purchase products on the Site only for personal use and not for resale. By placing your order, you certify that you are purchasing products for personal use only and not for resale. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

SALES TAX

SYMBOLIST collects sales tax in states where we have physical presence or nexus. Currently we only collect sales tax in the State of New York, but the list of states for which sales tax is applicable is subject to change at any time without prior notice.

SYMBOLIST has no responsibility for the linked websites nor does linking constitute an endorsement of any linked website. SEVERABILITY

APPLICABLE LAW

By using our service, you agree that the Federal Arbitration Act, applicable federal law, and the laws of the state of New York, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these terms of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and SYMBOLIST.

TERMINATION

These terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or SYMBOLIST. You may terminate this Agreement at any time. SYMBOLIST also may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice, and accordingly may deny you access to the Site, if in our sole judgment you fail to comply with any term or provision of the Agreement. The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this Agreement for all purposes.

Changes to Terms

SYMBOLIST reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which the Site is offered. The most current version of the Terms supersedes all previous versions. SYMBOLIST encourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of any updates.
